This booklet is based on the notes which Sr. Mary uses for her seminars, Her notes consist of several numbered lists and sublists. The personal anecdotes which she gives as examples in her seminars are simply marked with a key word in her notes. These personal anecdotes have not been included here. What she delivers so spontaneously in her seminars would be difficult to capture on paper.
