By accessing and using the ST PAULS Online website or mobile application, or by placing any order for merchandise through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

 

Acceptance of Terms

ST PAULS Online acknowledges that by using this website, mobile application, or ordering any merchandise from our platform, the user consents to our policies and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.

 

Order Processing

Orders received between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (Manila time) are processed on the same working day from Monday to Saturday. Orders received after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders will only be processed upon confirmation from our payment gateway’s merchant administration system.

We will send you an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another notification when your order has been shipped.

 

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, however, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

Payment must be made in full before order processing. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways.

 

Product Information and Availability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you immediately and offer suitable alternatives or a full refund.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

For damaged or defective item(s) received, please email a detailed report to orders@stpauls.ph within ten (10) business days if you are in the Philippines, and within twenty (20) business days from the delivery date if you are outside the country.

When reporting damaged or defective items, please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s)
• Description of the issue
• Your contact information

Shipping and handling charges from your original purchase are non-refundable. We will investigate your claim and respond within 2-3 business days.

In cases where we cannot replace the defective product with the same item due to inventory limitations, we will email you to offer alternative items with the same or nearest purchase price from ST PAULS Online as a replacement.

Approved damaged or defective items will be replaced free of charge or refunded. For refunds, we will remit an amount equivalent to the product price to your original payment method or bank account within 7-14 business days after approval.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Approved orders are shipped through our authorized local and international courier partners. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (Philippines):
• National Capital Region (NCR): 2-3 working days
• Rest of the Philippines: 3-12 working days

International Shipping:
• International orders: 4-8 business days from the order process date

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or courier delays. ST PAULS Online is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless defective.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on the ST PAULS Online website and mobile application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Society of St. Paul, Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Force Majeure

ST PAULS Online shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms and Conditions which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or other similar causes beyond our reasonable control.

 

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

 

Venue of Litigation

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. In the event that litigation becomes necessary, the exclusive venue for any legal proceedings shall be the proper courts of Makati City, Philippines.
