The day we first receive Jesus through Holy Communion is a very sacred moment. We can not imagine nor describe the many graces given to us on that day. We cannot really fully understand the love behind a God who gives Himself to us despite our being sinners. We can only thank Him over and over again for His gift of Himself to us. This little prayer book is meant to help each child prepare for his/her First Communion.
This will not only be a simple remembrance of this sacred occasion. This is also a guide in living and re-living this experience in the ordinary life of growing up as a child of God.
