What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you request account deletion, the following personal information will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Your name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Physical address
- Account preferences and settings
- Any other personally identifiable information associated with your account
What Happens to Third-Party Data?
Please note: Our app uses third-party services that may have collected information about you. While we will delete all data under our control, you may need to separately contact these third-party services to request deletion of data they have collected.
Log Data and Cookies
Technical Data: Log data (such as IP addresses, device information, and usage statistics) collected through third-party products will also be removed where possible. However, some anonymized technical data may be retained for security and analytical purposes as permitted by law.
How to Request Account Deletion
Step 1: Send a Deletion Request Email us at newmedia@stpauls.ph with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”
Step 2: Verify Your Identity Include your registered email address and mobile number to help us verify your account ownership
Step 3: Confirmation We will confirm receipt of your request and process it as soon as possible
Step 4: Processing Time Your account and associated data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe, and you will receive a confirmation email once completed
Children’s Data
If you are a parent or guardian requesting deletion of data for a child under 13 years of age, please include this information in your request. We take children’s privacy seriously and will prioritize such requests.
