Subic, Zambales—ST PAULS Bookstore, with its continual effort to bring the good news to the deeper north, opened another branch at the Harbor Point Mall in Subic, Zambales on July 2, 2012 at 10 A.M. His Excellency Most Rev. Ruperto Santos, DD of the Diocese of Balanga led the Rite of Blessing. He welcomed with great esteem the apostolic presence of the Society of St. Paul in the place near his diocese. He deemed the bookstore would be beneficial to the people in enriching their Christian life. The blessing was then followed with the ceremonial ribbon cutting led by the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) Chairman and Administrator Mr. Roberto Garcia. Ms. Anna Tirol also did a soulful rendition of “I Need a Miracle” by Ms. Maribi Garcia. (“I Need a Miracle” album is available at all ST PAULS Bookstores nationwide).

A good number of parishioners, priests and religious from different parishes and institutions attended the solemn blessing. They enjoyed the freebies and discounts on selected items. They were indeed grateful that ST PAULS bookstore has come to deepen their spirituality and address some of their liturgical needs.

The program was capped off with a simple agape.
