The Launching began with the Mass presided by the author himself with Archbishop Socrates Villegas of the Diocese of Lingayen-Dagupan as homilist. Many priests and bishops concelebrated in the Euist that also marks the 70th birthday thanksgiving of the author.

The book, Itanong kay Monsi, contains various questions and answers regarding our Catholic faith and religious practices in the Church. As we approach the Year of Faith, this contributes to the knowledge of our faith that opens the door into the fullness of the saving mystery revealed by God, for the salvation of our souls in the outcome of our faith (Pt 1:9).

Msgr. Sabino Vengco has been teaching theology at the San Carlos Seminary Graduate School of Theology in Makati, at the Loyola School of Theology (Ateneo), and at the Immaculate Conception Seminary Graduate School of Theology in Guiguinto, Bulacan. Proclaiming and teaching the Catholic faith is his life’s passion. In addition to his books with STPAULS, he writes every Thursday a column entitled Alalaong Baga on Business Mirror, and has every Sunday (5-6 AM) his radio broadcast Ecclesia in Asia: Ang Salita ng Diyos on DWIZ 882 AM.
