Prayer as Encounter

Many people experience their prayer not as a dialogue, but rather as a monologue. And they wonder if perhaps they are not speaking to a brick wall. Others have difficulty in finding the words foe initiating the dialogue. And prayer fatigues them. Often they give it up, because they do not know how to speak to God and what to tell him.
